I have just arrived and signed in. I have found this place to be clean and tidy. The staff member at reception was very friendly and helpful. It has a bar here and a restaurant to be tried later, and close to the town center. I booked a king single and it is truly a king size bed, lying on the bed as I type this it's medium firm and feels quite good.Tv is a good size with a small microwave.The bathroom looks a little dated, but is clean and well designed. And I would most definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in central Port Macquarie. Rooms at the back are on the waterfront without any traffic driving past. Pedestrians only. Standard motel style room so not great for longer stays but for a few days get away where you can walk to everything it's perfect. Free onsite parking, restaurant, bar, pool and outdoor area. Our room was clean and functional with a good shower, balcony and comfy bed. Really quiet up the back on the second floor. Sit on your balcony and watch the action on the waterfront. Tried to order room service one night but no one answered so we ordered Uber delivery. Walk next door to the club on the waterfront and few minutes walk to the shopping centre. We'll be going back. Room had been recently renovated and was well presented. Very nicely styled. The restaurant was excellent with great staff on duty.

There were issues in the bathroom. Toilet flushing was very noisy Shower taps were not marked hot and cold No shelf in shower The fridge was very noisy and froze the items we placed in there.

Comfortable quiet room with all the facilities. Located on the water with a short walk to the Port Macquarie restaurant strip. The pool and on-site bar was great and outdoor seating provided an ideal place for cold beverages in the afternoon. I had a positive experience and would return in the future.

Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. View was nice overlooking water. Unfortunately the room was not as described on Wotif booking. Queen Bed and pillows are not comfortable and that’s not what we were looking for! A lot $$ for no comfort. Wotif need to change photos and bed sizes as didn’t match what was in the room.

Room was outdated… mould on bathroom ceiling. No telephone in room. No evacuation plan. We stayed in ground floor room and sliding door to a landing did not lock only a chain across door. Someone attempted to break in while we slept and woke up with a fright and door was open when I woke. The front door was also attempted to open! Will never stay here again! Restaurant was nice though.
